Clarity House is about more than just not drinking alcohol and using drugs.  Clarity House is built on the philosophy that changing your life takes time and hard work.   Clarity House, joins New Life House, Miracle House, and Reality House in providing quality longer term structured sober living.

As we open the doors to our first house for women we are looking forward to achieving the same level of success with women as we have achieved with men for over twenty years.

Because men and women need a gender specific environment early in recovery, Clarity House sober living home is carefully structured for young women who have a problem living, coupled with addiction to mind altering substances.

Our Mission is to provide a safe, drug and alcohol free environment where women can get sober with dignity and build a foundation for recovery.

Building a foundation for a meaningful life, free of mind-altering substances, begins by living and practicing the 12 steps on a daily basis.

Women are able to confront the problems of day to day living in a supportive environment.

Clarity House is located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, California, just blocks from the sand. The opportunity to begin recovery in our non-institutional homelike atmosphere allows women to get out of their old using environment and into a strong recovery based location away from usual triggers and distractions.

Clarity House addresses issues and challenges women to change their behavior, not just their vocabulary.

We are aware self-esteem issues can be a major road block. Clarity House helps women develop a sense of self worth and awareness of their own inner grace. By taking responsibility over their own lives they move past feelings of shame and guilt and build self-esteem. Women learn how to use the tools and skills necessary for sobriety.
